He was helpful in modifying our ‘Mountain Vista’ floor plan and worked with us to adapt and customize their plan to fit our vision of our “dream home.” There was nothing we envisioned that was not possible with Brent or the Lindal home office. When we wanted to substitute custom doors and cabinets, Brent worked with us to deduct and credit these items from our Lindal “package.” Brent was a ‘hands on’ representative from the delivery of our home through every step of construction. Brent’s service and oversight continued well after we had moved in. His attention to detail even after completion was impressive. He wanted our finished product to be as beautiful as we did. His “pride of ownership” for our home matched our own. He often suggested improvements we had not thought of just to make our home perfect. On more than one occasion, Brent facilitated corrections or warranty issues as our liaison with the Lindal home office, expeditiously and to our satisfaction. Amazingly, the service and responsiveness continues to this day, some two years after our home was completed. On a recent visit, Brent noticed the painter had forgotten to paint the metal straps under our stairway. While we had not wanted to bother anyone about this, Brent insisted that it be “done right” and had the painter return to fix the oversight – a small detail but impressive. When we also mentioned a problem we were experiencing, Brent figured out that one of our doors from Anderson Windows had warped and was allowing cold air to leak into our Master bedroom. Brent documented the problem and worked with Anderson to replace the door – at no cost to us, and over two years after installation. Upon reflection, what is the most important aspect of our Lindal experience, is that not only are we completely satisfied with how our dream home turned out, but that we have acquired many new friends in the process.
