Planning

We offer many avenues to choose from to create the home to fit your lifestyle and dream – from modifying one of our existing designs, to various programs to develop your own personal ‘one of a kind’ Lindal home. Majestic Peaks will work closely with you to make sure total budget is taken into account from the start of planning – and development of the full concept plan allows for a real budget to be established for your location.

Ordering

Once the plan has been finalized – and proper budgets established and approved – the order will be placed by us through Lindal Corporate. This is a very exciting time as completely detailed plans, elevations and cross sections are developed and all of the home materials defined and procured. Changes can still be made throughout this activity – engineering finalized – beams sized – and the details fine tuned. Working with Majestic Peaks through this process establishes a final design that is ‘just right’ for you!

Delivery

Majestic Peaks will accompany the delivery of the materials package to the site. All of the material components are itemized in a complete inventory. The materials are positioned on-site with the proper degree of protection to the elements necessary until install. You are welcome to join the delivery operation – a fun and exciting day!

Construction

With all of the materials on site for your Lindal home – the construction process is fast and efficient. The detailed plans allow for exceptional efficiency in construction of your detailed post and beam home. Majestic Peaks is always available – to answer any questions that may arise.

Living

The day the Occupancy Permit is approved marks the reality that your home is now ‘ready and waiting for YOU!’ Living in your energy efficient, stylish new beautiful Lindal Cedar Home is unbelievably exciting and rewarding. Coming home to your wonderful Lindal Cedar Home is like being on vacation every day!
